Terms of use
Version 1.0. These terms are between you and the business named at the foot of this page, and apply to a purchase made in the course of a trade or business.
The most important thing on this page
A HACCP plan does not make food safe. Following it does. This gives you the document. The controls, the checks and the records it describes are yours to put in place, keep up and prove. Buying a plan and filing it changes nothing in your bakery, and an auditor will find that out in about ten minutes.
What this is
HACCP Plan produces a HACCP plan document from the answers you give about your business. It is a documentation tool. It is not a consultancy service, it is not food safety advice about your specific site, and it does not inspect, verify or approve anything.
What you must do before relying on it
The plan must be read in full, corrected wherever it does not match how your site actually operates, and approved by a competent person before it is used. The approval page requires a named individual to sign that it reflects the site. Until that signature exists, the document is a draft.
The critical limits in the plan must be validated against evidence you hold, such as probe trial records, published guidance or a supplier specification. The plan states what evidence is expected for each one. It does not supply that evidence and cannot confirm that your process achieves any particular limit.
Responsibility
Responsibility for the accuracy of the plan, for implementing it, and for compliance with food safety law rests with the business named on the document. Nothing here transfers any part of that responsibility.
No warranty is given that the document will satisfy any particular auditor, certification scheme, local authority or customer. Acceptance depends on how your site operates and on records you keep, neither of which this tool controls.
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Payment and delivery
The price is £49, charged once. Payment is taken by Stripe; card details are never handled by this site. On payment you receive a download link that works for 30 days and allows 10 downloads, and the same link is emailed if you gave an address.
Because the plan is generated for you and delivered immediately, a refund is not automatic. If the document is not what was described, say so and it will be refunded.
Your information
The answers you give are stored so the plan can be produced and so you can return to a part-finished one. An email address, if you give one, is used to send your plan and, once, to say that you left a plan unfinished. It is not sold, and it is not added to a mailing list.
The templates
The plan produced is yours to use in your business. The underlying templates, hazard library and wording remain the property of SafetyCore Ltd and may not be resold or redistributed as a template.
